Westfield to develop medical office building
  Westfield Company Inc.is gearing up for development of its second multimillion-dollar medical office building in Colorado Springs as part of a 10-acre development neighboring the St.
Utah company pays $38.5m for Aurora apts.  Bridge Realty Capital of Salt Lake City recently paid $38.55 million for the 600-unit Chelsea Park Village, a one-of-a-kind multifamily housing community in Aurora.

Food distributor buys 55 acres at ProLogis Park 70  A national food distributor has acquired 55 acres at ProLogis Park 70 in Aurora for $5.13 million, according to public records. US Foods Inc., which has a large distribution facility in Centennial, hasn’t announced plans for the site.
